CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Chris Alipui-Plunch is the Chief Executive Officer and Lead Immigration Law Specialist of Wise Elite Solution and Wise-Way Global Immigration Consults. He is a seasoned legal and diplomatic professional with extensive experience in immigration law, international mobility advisory, and government protocol services. An LLB graduate of KAAF University and a Certified Immigration Law Paralegal, Mr. Alipui-Plunch specializes in U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visa advocacy, refusal mitigation, visa revocations, deportation, and removal matters. He is a former Accredited Representative before the U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), where he handled complex immigration cases requiring advanced legal analysis and strict procedural compliance.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Alipui-Plunch served as a Presidential Guard and was assigned Special Duties at the Office of the President, including service as a Personal Bodyguard and Special Assistant to the President’s Mother. He later served as a Senior Protocol Officer for Diplomatic Affairs (Special Operations) under a government contract, supporting high-level diplomatic and official engagements. As CEO, Mr. Alipui-Plunch leads strategic immigration and diplomatic consultancy services for individuals, corporations, and institutions. He is particularly known for his expertise in reviewing visa refusals, obtaining factual grounds for denials, and advocating for administrative reviews through the U.S. Department of State. In addition to immigration services, he promotes Ghanaian businesses internationally through investment programs, oversees a Job-Abroad consultancy initiative, and provides diplomatic advisory services. As an accredited government contractor, he is widely regarded as a trusted partner in facilitating lawful cross-border opportunities
